Alon received his bachelor of Architecture in 2006 from the Cal Poly Pomona. During school and after graduation he worked for a number of local Engineering and Architecture firms including the renowned office of Moore Ruble Yudell Architects and Planners.  He joined the prominent downtown developer, Linear City Development, in 2011 and was the assistant construction project manager for the 7th and Bridge Lofts complex in the Art District.

He joined DLG initially in 2012 to lead the complete redesign of 1115 Sunset 9-story adaptive-reuse project. Once the project was permitted he moved to the field office and was the head Project Engineer, coordinating the daily construction activities. He re-joined DLG at the beginning of 2014. 


His construction and field experience combine with sensitivity to design and sustainability have made Alon successful in participation on a variety of projects. He has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2007 and is currently pursuing his Architectural Licence in California.  Alon has been a practitioner of Aikido since 1993 and currently holds a rank of 1st degree black belt.
